BREAKING NEWS: Snooki is Annoying.

Nicole "Snooki" Polizzi has literally been charged with being annoying. The pint-size Jersey Shore guidette-powerhouse was booked for disorderly conduct and, literally, annoying the piss out of everyone after a pretty intense day of filming/drinking in Seaside Heights, New Jersey. Allegedly she was arrested after a painful face plant on the beach. Whoops. Been there.

However, the charge only carries a fine of about 500-1500 bucks (pocket change after her 200% pay raise for Season 3 filming).

Snickers is due back in Seaside Heights court on September 8th. God speed New Jersey.
