Digital Dave and MAMS - Live at Julep - Boston - July 27th 2012

 It's the first day of 1st grade, and when the teacher asks what your dad does, you say: "He's a DJ." Sounds like a fantasy, but for Digital Dave, one of the country's elite touring djs, it's real life. He has found a way to balance jet-setting between Vegas, San Francisco and Boston, while making time to be back in Pittsburgh with his wife and son. I got a chance to catch up with him before his gig at Julep - a smaller nightclub in the financial district with one of the best sound systems in the city.

 We discussed the future of music, and his future as a touring DJ and one of the captains of the DJ Edit industry at Crack4DJ's and Club Killers. As for the gig - he shut it down - the party was promoted by Top Shelf Ent and needless to say it was packed.
